Terms for the CopaBro website, football quiz app and related support.
Operator and eligibility
The service is operated by LEVANTEM AI LTD, registered in Cyprus, at Gladstonos, 116, M.Kyprianou House, 3&4th floor, 3032, Limassol, Cyprus. CopaBro is for adults aged 18 and over. By using its interactive features or continuing into the app, you confirm that you meet that requirement and accept these terms. Mandatory rights available to you under applicable law are preserved.
The service
CopaBro provides football quizzes, practice, hints, saved progress, points and result sharing. Coverage and available rounds depend on completed matches and supported competitions. The public warm-up is an illustrative preview and earns no app points or progression. Store availability is shown on the download page; a Coming soon badge is not an available download.
Guest access
You may play as a guest. Protect access to the device and its app storage. Account linking, cross-device recovery and recovery after reinstall are not currently offered. Clearing storage or reinstalling can remove the credential needed to access saved progress. Do not share credentials or attempt to access another player’s record.
Play Points and purchases
Play Points are a limited, personal in-app entitlement for available practice hints and extra rounds. They are not cash, a deposit, a wager or an investment. They cannot be withdrawn, sold, transferred to SirBro or exchanged for money or real-world prizes. Points have no scheduled expiry. XP and quiz score are separate from spendable points. Where point packs are offered, the app and store show the product, quantity and price before you confirm. These are one-time purchases, not a CopaBro subscription. Real purchases remain disabled in the current pre-release build.
Payments and corrections
When store billing becomes available, transactions are handled by Apple or Google and points are added only after confirmation. Pending or failed transactions are not confirmed purchases. Contact support@levantemai.pro if a charge or credit needs investigation, and use the relevant store’s refund process where applicable. Refunds, error corrections and adjustments are subject to applicable law and store rules. No provision removes a right that cannot legally be excluded.
Fair use
Use CopaBro for personal, lawful entertainment. Do not manipulate scores, exploit a payment or data error, automate abusive requests, bypass security or age controls, distribute access credentials, or interfere with other players or service infrastructure. We may restrict abusive use and correct proven technical errors while respecting applicable consumer rights.
Content and sharing
Football facts may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. You can report an answer in the app after it is revealed. Saved editions and results may retain the facts used at the time you played. You may share the score card provided by the app; do not represent a preview as an official result, disclose other people’s information or imply sponsorship by a club, competition or platform. Brand and football artwork remains owned by its respective rights holders.
Ads, SirBro and communications
Free browsing and result screens may include banner ads where available; confirmed Play Points purchases remove those banners. Optional SirBro discovery is an invitation to a separate app, with separate access terms and purchases. No points or progress transfer is implied. You can hide suggestions or opt out. Accepting these terms is not consent to optional marketing, analytics or advertising permissions.
Availability and responsibility
The service may change or be interrupted for maintenance, data availability or technical reasons. CopaBro is entertainment, not a bookmaker or financial-advice service; it accepts no wagers and awards no cash prizes. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted availability or perfectly accurate sports facts. Any liability limitation applies only where legally permitted and does not exclude non-excludable liability or mandatory consumer rights.
Law, changes and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, subject to the mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights that apply to you. Subject to those rights, the competent courts of Limassol, Cyprus have jurisdiction. We will publish updated terms and provide notice or seek acceptance of material changes where required.
