Use the subject “CopaBro support”. Include your device/platform, app version, a short description and the approximate time of the issue. You may attach a screenshot if useful. Do not send a password, full card details or guest-access credential.
A quiz answer needs checking
After revealing the answer, use Report a question in the app and choose the relevant reason. Your score and saved progress stay in place while the report is submitted. If the app is unavailable, describe the competition and question to support.
Points or payment issue
Check the purchase history before trying another purchase. A pending transaction needs store confirmation; a failed transaction has not added points. Real purchases are not yet available in the pre-release build. If you need help with a later store purchase, include the store order reference, not payment-card details.
