How CopaBro handles information when you visit this website or use the football quiz app.
Who is responsible
CopaBro is operated by LEVANTEM AI LTD, registered in Cyprus, at Gladstonos, 116, M.Kyprianou House, 3&4th floor, 3032, Limassol, Cyprus. Website information
This public website does not create a game account, request payment, run advertising or load third-party analytics. It stores your chosen language in your browser only if you select one. The warm-up answer and age checkbox stay in page memory. Network and hosting providers process connection information, including an IP address, to deliver and secure the site.
Guest play and saved progress
The app can be used as a guest without providing a name, email address or phone number. A random access credential links your device to a saved guest game. The server stores a hashed reference to that credential and game information such as answers, quiz snapshots, score, points history, favourite teams, notebook entries and progression. The app stores its access credential securely on supported phones and keeps preferences locally. Do not send that credential to support or other people.
Age and football preferences
CopaBro is for people aged 18 and over. The app asks for an adult declaration before starting its game connection or advertising flow. It remembers the declaration locally; it does not request your date of birth. Your selected language, country and football favourites personalize content. Automatic country relevance may use an IP-derived country or device region. Where a country lookup is needed, your device contacts GeoJS, which necessarily receives connection information. You can choose a country or International manually; CopaBro does not request GPS location for this feature.
Optional analytics and advertising
Optional in-app usage analytics are off by default. When enabled, limited allowed game-interaction events are stored with the saved guest record. Turning this option off erases the associated optional analytics. Operational game records needed to keep your score and progress are separate. Where in-app banners are available, Google AdMob and its consent service may process device, advertising, consent and connection information under their own policies. The app checks advertising privacy choices before ad requests and provides privacy controls when required. A confirmed Play Points purchase removes those banners. This website has no advertising SDK.
Purchases, messages and support
Where store purchases are available, Apple or Google processes payment. CopaBro needs product and transaction information to verify points and purchase history; we do not ask for your full payment-card details. Real purchases are not available in the current pre-release build. If you email us, we process your email address, message and relevant attachments to answer and resolve the request. Do not include passwords, full card details or access credentials. Playing, opening SirBro or requesting support does not subscribe you to marketing.
Purpose and legal basis
We process necessary guest, game and transaction information to provide the service and fulfil our contract with you; security and abuse-prevention information for our legitimate interests in operating a reliable service; and records required to comply with legal obligations. Optional analytics and advertising-related consent are handled separately where consent is required. You may withdraw optional consent without losing access to core free quizzes.
Service providers and international processing
Providers involved in delivering CopaBro include hosting and infrastructure services, email/support providers, GeoJS when a country lookup is made, Google for app advertising where enabled, and Apple or Google for store transactions. The current game backend is hosted in the United States, and providers may process information in other countries. Applicable transfer safeguards are required where information leaves a protected jurisdiction. Contact us for information about the providers and safeguards relevant to your request. Football data providers do not need your guest credential or personal quiz answers to supply match facts.
Retention and security
We retain guest game information to preserve saved progress and provide support, subject to verified deletion requests and applicable obligations. Optional analytics are bounded and can be erased through the app control. Purchase, support and security records may need a different retention period for their specific purpose or legal requirements. Access-restricted backup copies may remain until their retention period expires or they are securely removed. We use restricted access, encrypted network connections and device secure storage where supported; no service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing, and withdraw consent where relevant. Contact legal@levantemai.pro or see Request data deletion. We may need reasonable verification to locate a guest record and protect it from unauthorized requests. You can also complain to your competent data-protection authority. Deleting the app alone does not instruct us to erase its hosted guest record.
SirBro and external links
SirBro is a separate product of the same operator. An invitation does not transfer CopaBro points, create a SirBro account, confirm an installation or authorize a marketing list. Opening an external website or store makes its own privacy information applicable.
